Immune Boosting Smoothie Bowls
Green smoothie bowls served by baby hands covered in food. (One of my favorite scenes EVER!)
These bowls are nutrient infused with an extra #superfood kick to help ward off winter colds and reinforce the immune system in the middle of this pandemic.

Immune boosting smoothie ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut milk
Juice of 1/2 lime (lemon works too..)
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, washed and peeled
2 cups spinach
1 frozen banana
1/2 avocado
1 kiwi (I use golden kiwis to give the smoothie extra sweetnessπ)
1 tangerine
1 tbsp coconut butter (I make my own but it can be store bought)
Instructions:
Blend with a high speed blender and decorate.
I used dehydrated coconut, halved figs, chia seeds, shelled hemp seeds and dried flower petals.
