Marinated & Grilled Portabello Mushrooms!

Marinated and grilled portobello mushrooms.
Ingredients:
4 portobello mushroom (caps)
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp olive
3 tsp tamari
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Chili flakes
Ground black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat grill to 375C or 400F (if you don’t have a grill you can use a hot pan) and clean mushroom caps (removing stem). Finely chop 1 garlic clove and place in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, tamari, mustard and whisk to combine. Taste and adjust with black pepper and sprinkle a few chili pepper flakes. Remove and discard the stems from 4 portobello mushrooms. Add to the baking dish and let marinate at room temperature, flipping halfway through, for about 30 mins to an hour. Place in the pre-heated oven or on a grill (4 to 5 minutes on each side). Serve (I like to serve with grilled asparagus) and enjoy!
