It’s about to go down.
(Christmas that is).
I have no doubt that like all other holidays, there will be an excess of food.
We are healthy, we are happy, we are so very lucky...and therefore, we will celebrate. This year with food. And the few friends we are allowed to see #zonarossa
SOOOOO in between #panettone and pasta, chocolate and cheers, I hope all of you remember to get in your (festive) #healthy meals as well.

So to kick this holiday off, here’s a pre- #christmaseveday Smoothie Bowl.
Minty Christmasey healthy fresh (pre-game) smoothie ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 large cucumber, peeled
¼ cup mint leaves
1 green apple
1 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
½ avocado
Instructions:
Blend and decorate. I used chia seeds, berries and tangerine slices.
