Rainbow bowl: Chia Pudding/Smoothie

This vegan breakfast bowl is a 50/50 chia pudding and green smoothie combo.

The green smoothie was made with:

5 kale leaves (stems removed)

1/4 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup rice milk

1/2 cup mixed frozen berries

1 frozen banana

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp rawtella

Blended with a Vitamix and served with chia pudding made from: (I don't have exact measurements)

Black chia seeds

Brown rice syrup

Coconut milk

Almond milk and @pureraw.de 's UNICORN powder πŸ¦„ (made from a number of magical ingredients- one of my favorite add-ins)

YUM

Decorated ✨ with some more superfood goodness:

 Goji berries, bee pollen and frozen blueberries.
