Here’s some love in the form of a plantnbased smoothie bowl full of antioxidants and goodness.
Strawberry Acai smoothie made with:
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 handful raspberries
1/2 inch piece of ginger
3/4 cup coconut soy yogurt (sugar free)
1/4 cup filtered water
1 tbsp freeze dried acai powder (That's it!!!)
Instructions:
Blend (I used my vitamix ), decorate (with swirled coconut yoghurt, raspberries, pomegranate seeds, #chia seeds and flowers), serve and enjoy!
