Aromatizzate Fudge Cups
Improvised dinner party? Need a quick dessert that will blow everyone’s minds? Here’s my go-to: Individual chocolate fudge cups flavored with essential oils and decorated with various flower petals. 🌹 🍫
Ingredients:
For the chocolate:
1/4 cup cocoa butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 tbsp agave or maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil 1 cup almond butter 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
For these, I split the recipe into four and in 1/3 I added two drops lavender essential oil, 1/3 two drops orange essential oil.
Instructions: In a bain Marie (double saucepan/boiler) add the cocoa butter, 1/2 of the cacao, 2 tbsp agave and coconut oil. Heat and stir until it becomes liquid and looks like chocolate sauce. Add the rest of the cocoa powder and stir well. Add the nut butter, the rest of the agave and salt and keep mixing until it is a uniform mixture. Taste and adjust (if you want it sweeter, add more sweetener). Then separate and stir in the oils. Pour the mixture into individual cups (any size) and decorate with preferred decorations.
I used dried orange flowers for the orange chocolate cups, lavender petals for the lavender. I chopped / slivered almonds for another couple of cups and mixed them in as well as decorated the tops. The last cups were decorated with pink edible flower petals and hemp seeds. (The possibilities are endless!) Once separates and decorated, leave to set in the fridge for about 2 hours or until hardened. Remember: these will probably melt when outside the fridge (especially in the summer months) so store in a cooler location. They will keep for up to a week.
Enjoy! Lots of love, Morgan 🍫
