Chocolate Soufflés (with melty centers!)

I finally perfected this recipe. FINALLY. (And it is soooo easy - and so quick to make- you will be shocked.)
So here you go...
Ingredients (for 6 small #chocolate soufflés):
1 1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp tahini
Seeds scraped from 1 vanilla bean
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200 C (400F). Combine all the dry ingredients except the vegan chocolate chips in a bowl, stir well, then add all the wet ingredients to the same bowl. Mix well until a uniform batter is formed.
Place 6 small ramekins on a baking rack and scoop two heaping tablespoons of batter into each one.
Place 1 tablespoon of vegan chocolate chips on top of the batter in each ramekin. Spoon the remaining batter over the top of the chocolate chips in each ramekin and smooth.
Allow to sit on the counter for 15 minutes undisturbed and then place the prepared ramekins into@the preheated oven and bake for 5-6 minutes or once they have puffed up. Remove from the oven, then carefully transfer the souffles to a wire cooling rack and allow to sit for at least 5 mins. I served these with some sprinkled coconut flour and dried rose buds. They are also great with vegan vanilla ice cream. 😍
