Strawberry smoothie: 1 frozen banana 1/4 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup almond milk 1 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh) Vegan protein powder (I use vanilla flavored pea protein) 1 tbsp white chia seeds (Add water if you want it more liquid consistency) Instructions: Blend Top with : strawberries and coconut flakes Dark Green quarantine smoothie: 2 frozen bananas 2 handfuls dark greens (spinach or kale) 2 tbsp almond butter 1 tbsp flax seeds 3/4 cup unsweetened plant-Based milk Add ins: Spirulina Vegan collagen Cacao powder Hemp seeds Instructions: blend in a high speed Blender and top as desired Happy Monday.
