Saturday Salad

Saturday salad. Healthy weekend food inspo? I got ya! 😉 Just because it’s the weekend, it doesn’t mean we have to eat until we can’t breathe or completely ruin our “diets”... and just because we are interested in health and wellness , doesn’t mean we have to give up on taste and flavor.

🌿 So here’s a perfect solution: a delicious salad full of taste plant based protein vitamins and minerals... and it was really REALLY yummy.

Here’s the recipe:

Sognino lettuce (you can also use spinach, rucola or any other mild lettuce) tossed with a little bit of olive oil and sea salt. Cannellini (white) beans sautĂ©ed with #turmeric cayenne pepper, sea salt, cumin and garlic. Toasted sunflower seeds Avocado đŸ„‘ slices
